The first step is small on purpose: we understand the starting point before recommending a solution.
What is the Digital Analysis and how much does it cost?
It's a functional review of your business and its current presence. We look at how people find you, how enquiries come in and what tasks are eating up your time. It's free and doesn't oblige you to hire us.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. We need you to know your business and explain where your day gets stuck. We translate that into a clear proposal, without selling tools that add nothing.
When will I know what's going to be done?
After the analysis we give you priorities, scope and a starting price. Before building anything, we agree with you what's in, what's not and in what order it makes sense.
Pricing, packages and maintenance
The prices are visible to give you orientation; the final quote depends on the real starting point.
What's the difference between Presence, Automate and Growth?
Presence creates the foundation: a 4–5 page website and a Google Business listing, from €350 as a one-off payment. Automate adds forms, alerts and WhatsApp Business, from €600 + €29/mo. Growth adds bookings, reports and broader follow-up, from €1,200 + €40/mo.
Does Presence have a monthly fee?
No. Presence is a one-off payment. Monthly fees only exist in Automate and Growth because they include ongoing care of infrastructure, content and integrations.
What does the maintenance fee cover?
In Automate it keeps hosting, domain, certificate, security, backups and small content changes up to date; we also monitor forms, alerts and WhatsApp. Growth adds booking tracking, reports, integration fixes and automated message adjustments.

Is the price shown the final one?
The "from" amounts are a starting point, not a fixed promise for every business. The quote is finalised after the Digital Analysis so we don't charge you for things you don't need.
Automations and support
An automation only makes sense if it eliminates a repetitive task or prevents a missed opportunity.
What can be automated?
Depending on the business, we can connect forms, internal alerts, WhatsApp Business replies, reminders, bookings and reports. On the Automations page you can see the cases covered by Automate and Growth.
Do you include WhatsApp Business?
It can be part of Automate and Growth when it fits the way you serve your customers. We don't publish a contact number here or connect it by default: first we check it will actually save you time.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the information available, the integrations and how many decisions need making. After the analysis we propose a realistic timeline; we prefer an honest date to generic promises.
What happens with my data?
Form data is used to reply to your request. You can review the details in the Privacy Policy. When an automation handles customer data, we define with you what information it needs and who can access it.
